Westmoreland County, PA Authorities say two juveniles who escaped from the Westmoreland County Juvenile Detention Facility over the weekend have been caught. Police say 14-year-old Robert Anthony Cogdell and 16-year-old Braedon Matthew Dickinson were reportedly captured overnight in Fayette County.

PORTLAND, Ore. An owl on the hunt in downtown Portland crashed into the glass wall of the Apple Store this week, leaving the bird dazed on the sidewalk after a nearly 20-foot fall, the Audubon Society of Portland said.

Johnstown city council met for a regularly scheduled meeting this evening. The potential construction of a non-congregate homeless shelter was once again on the agenda. The funding for the shelter would come from the citys American Rescue Plan Act grant through the HUD Home program. The city received only one proposal that met the required
