Johnstown, PA (WJAC) Johnstown police are investigating a morning fire at an abandoned building in the Hornerstown-section of the city as arson, according to Johnstown Fire Chief Bob Statler. 911 officials say crews were dispatched to the blaze, located along the 800 block of Horner Street, around 9:30 a.m.

SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) State police in Somerset County are asking for the public's help in identifying the owners of a German Shepherd that reportedly attacked a 69-year-old woman in the parking lot of a local shopping plaza earlier this week.
