Blair Co., PA (WJAC) Authorities say an Altoona man has been charged with abusing two young children earlier this year. According to a probable-cause affidavit, on May 1, 26-year-old Zachary Huber took a 2-year-old boy to UPMC Altoona and claimed that the child had fallen off a scooter.

BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. Amtran will be extending operating hours on their existing routes beginning this June as well as adding a new route that extends to Bellwood and Tyrone, according to Amtran CEO Josh Baker.
